Heather Haigler has been in the trenches, planning and executing corporate meetings, trade shows, and events for more than ten years. She was part of a small, dedicated team tasked with handling well over 100 events each year. Managing the execution of the event was only one part of the process. Making sure everyone attending the event had travel itineraries, confirmation numbers, contact information, and other critical information was the other part. Heather quickly realized how disjointed this process was. Inevitably, important emails got buried or missed, connections got crossed, and planners and travelers alike were left frustrated. There had to be a better way.
She envisioned creating a central place, a one-of-a-kind event planning app, where planners could upload information, bring together previously disparate systems, and provide internal teams with mobile access. With the help of Nathan Aaron the two built a team that would bring her idea to life.
