Previously, I was part of a small, dedicated team tasked with handling well over 100 events each year. As you know, managing the execution of the event is only one part of the process. Making sure everyone attending the event has travel itineraries, confirmation numbers, contact information, and other critical information is the other part. What I quickly realized was how disjointed this whole process was. Inevitably, important emails got buried or missed, connections got crossed, and planners and travelers alike were left frustrated. Then I was introduced to Nathan Aaron, a technology expert at our company. We worked together to determine if my vision was actually plausible. He believed it was—so we pulled together a team of experts and together we made WorkTrip a reality.
