WorkTrip Kicks Off 2020 With New Product Functionality for Event Managers

Builds on 2019 Momentum Including New Product Innovations, Expansion into Global Markets and More

Durham, N.C. January 28, 2020 – WorkTrip, an innovator in web-based and mobile event management software, announced today the introduction of integrated survey management capabilities. This latest product enhancement follows on the heels of numerous product enhancements and a year of exciting expansion for the company.

New Product Enhancements

WorkTrip has now extended its functionality to help event planners create surveys tied directly to an event and all communication for that event. The survey functionality operates much like WorkTrip’s recently added custom registration capabilities. Event planners can now create surveys using a variety of question types including multiple choice, open-ended and simple yes/no questions, all directly in WorkTrip. If event planners use the same survey for multiple events, they can save time and effort by easily copying a survey from a previous event, instead of recreating it from scratch. They can even send reminders to recipients who have not yet responded.

In addition to custom registration, WorkTrip product enhancements in 2019 included enhanced task management, document visibility, “invite with URL”, division-specific communications and more. The company continues to deliver on its commitment to offer event planners a one-stop shop – an integrated solution that allows them to do so much from a single interface including the management of event travel, schedules, communication, registration, tasks, survey and more.

Expanded Reach

Growth for the company didn’t stop with the product. WorkTrip also experienced strong growth seeing its user base increase into more global markets throughout Europe and EMEA.

In addition, WorkTrip co-founder Heather Haigler is expanding her reach to help event planners elevate their events and careers.  She has been selected to present three sessions at EXHIBITORLive in March. Heather was also chosen to speak at MPI World Education Congress (WEC), where she will co-present on The Three Es of Human-Centric Design - Shifting from Event to Experience. Over the past year, Heather has led the company’s efforts to share valuable insights from a wide variety of industry experts with the launch of its Next Level blog series, and is now sharing her own insights as “event planner turned entrepreneur” in a number of posts.
