We’re in this together.

Learn how we can help you and your team navigate this crisis.

At Switch Four, we empathize and understand what the event planning community is experiencing. We know that the meetings and events that took months or even years of planning are now on hold. We are also seeing the fallout from many businesses that are having to make difficult choices that will determine how they will operate now and well into the future.

During this unprecedented time Switch Four is even more committed to maintaining two of its core values – serve others and treat people how you would want to be treated. We believe that by coming together to help one another personally and professionally we will overcome the consequences of this pandemic and anything else that might affect our industry.

For the remainder of 2020 we are offering free access to our event planning application, WorkTrip, to anyone that wants to explore and leverage it for their meetings or events – in-person or virtual. We will also provide access to live support, so you know how to navigate WorkTrip. We want to make planning your events easier, relieving some of your stress.

Holidays are supposed to provide an opportunity to step away from your job and the daily grind – a chance to kick back and relax, right?  For event planners, it’s not always that easy. Whether you’re hosting Thanksgiving this year or just a guest, the holiday can feel like yet another full-fledged event.

As a planner, I’m always thinking about….

Where are we all collecting ourselves this year?

Who’s doing the cooking?

What time do we all need to be there?

Who needs to be picked up from the airport?

Who is staying where?

Are there any new dietary restrictions?

And then, if given enough time, I go through a period of wanting to be innovative this year and put a new twist on an old recipe, or bring a new dish or dessert … Sometimes it happens and sometimes it doesn’t!

No matter where we end up, what we eat, or how stressful it can be to prepare for the big holiday, there are always great memories and time spent with family and friends.  We have so much going on in our day-to-day that it’s easy to get overwhelmed during this time of year. The holidays might seem to fly by without us soaking it all in.  I personally, am going to try to slow down and soak in all the mini moments with my family and friends, of who I am incredibly thankful for.

At WorkTrip, we have a lot to be thankful for as well – our customers who help us to shape our product every day, our team of super talented and dedicated engineers, sales, marketing, and customer success experts, and the tremendous support of our parent company Glen Raven.

Relish in all the moments with your loved ones, friends, and those special to you.   Wishing you a wonderful and safe Thanksgiving!
